Terms of Service

Effective: October 30, 2026

These terms govern use of the BlueDoor service at getbluedoor.com (the "Service"), operated by Wish Studios LLC ("BlueDoor", "we"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

BlueDoor collects publicly available property and legal records for counties in metro Atlanta, Georgia, scores them for indicators that an owner may be motivated to sell, and lets subscribers view, filter and export the results. The data includes owner names and mailing addresses as recorded by county assessors and courts. It does not include phone numbers, email addresses or credit information.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person; do not share sign-in links. We may close accounts that share access or abuse the Service.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service is sold as a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. The founding price is available to the first 10 paying subscribers and stays at that rate for as long as the subscription remains continuously active; if it lapses, the then-current price applies on return.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No refunds. Cancel any time to stop future charges. Charges that fail keep access for 7 days, then access pauses until payment succeeds.
• We may change the list price with 30 days' notice by email. Founding-rate subscriptions are not affected while active.

4. Acceptable use

You may use exported data for your own real estate marketing and research. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, publish or share the data or exports with anyone outside your own business;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the Service beyond the export limits shown in the product (currently 10 exports a day);
• use the data to harass, threaten or discriminate against any person, or for any purpose prohibited by the Fair Housing Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, Georgia law or the Do Not Call registry;
• represent BlueDoor as the source of any contact you make.

You are solely responsible for how you contact property owners and for complying with all laws that apply to that contact.

5. Data accuracy and no guarantee

Public records contain errors and lag reality. Scores are our opinion of likelihood, not a statement of fact about any person or property. We do not guarantee that any record is current, complete or accurate, that any owner wishes to sell, or that using the Service will produce any transaction. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BlueDoor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost deals arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days ahead. You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break section 4, with a refund of unused prepaid time unless the breach was deliberate.

8. Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
