Privacy Policy

What we collect from you
- Your email address, used to sign you in and send service messages. If you join the free weekly leads email, see that section below.
- Billing details are handled by Stripe; we store a Stripe customer id, your subscription status and period dates, never your card number.
- Usage events inside the app (sign-ins, pages viewed, filters used, exports made) stored on our own server. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
- Server logs with IP address and browser type, kept 30 days for security.
What we do with it
Run the Service, bill you, answer support requests, enforce export limits, and improve the product. We email you about your account and service changes. Marketing email only if you opt in, with unsubscribe in every message.
Who sees it
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Render (hosting, United States). No sale of personal data, no sharing with data brokers or advertisers.
Free weekly leads email
If you sign up for the free weekly leads email, we store:
- your email address and where you signed up (the home page or the app);
- the time you signed up, the IP address you signed up from, and the time you confirmed;
- a record of each email we send you. We do not track whether you open it or which links you click. Links in the email carry a tag that tells us a visit came from the email in general, never from you in particular.
We use this to send the email, to prove you asked for it, and to stop abuse of the signup form. You are not on the list until you press the confirm link we email you. Email delivery goes through Resend.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop sending at once. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address and the unsubscribe time on a do-not-email list, so you are never added back by mistake. To delete your signup and send history entirely, email support@getbluedoor.com; we do it within 30 days. That also removes you from the do-not-email list, so a later signup would start fresh.
About the property records
The records in the Service describe property owners, who are not our users. They come from public sources: county assessors, sheriffs' tax sale lists, legal notices in each county's official newspaper, court filings and published obituaries. We republish them to subscribers for real estate research and marketing. If you are a property owner and want a record about you corrected, contact the originating county office; if you want it removed from BlueDoor, email support@getbluedoor.com and we will suppress it within 10 business days.
Your choices
Cancel from your account page. Ask us to delete your account and personal data by email; we delete within 30 days except billing records we must keep for tax purposes (7 years). Georgia residents and residents of states with privacy laws may exercise access, correction and deletion rights by the same email.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
Children
The Service is for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We post changes here and email account holders when they matter.
